Scope
These terms apply to the public EaseMySpa website and its enquiry forms. EaseMySpa is a product of AxiosMind. Access to the spa-management application, subscriptions, payments and customer-data responsibilities are addressed separately during onboarding; this website does not create those arrangements.
Using the website
You may browse the website and contact us about EaseMySpa for legitimate business purposes. Provide accurate information and only submit contact details you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate another person or business.
Do not submit spam or malicious content, bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website or other users. Do not include confidential customer information in demo or pricing enquiries.
Demos, enquiries and pricing
An enquiry is a request for a conversation, not a confirmed demo appointment, purchase or commitment to provide a subscription. We will discuss any proposed demo or commercial arrangement with you separately.
Product illustrations use sample data. Features, availability, plan names and pricing may change. Subscription entitlements, prices and any service commitments must be confirmed in the applicable quote or agreement; website illustrations do not guarantee that every feature is included in every plan.
